Is it acceptable to have a pre- neptual agreement with a new middle age wife I am looking to find and marry inshaAllah soon. What I own was gathered with the help of my deceased wife and my grownup and settled children may like to have from there after me. However I just crossed sixty and in great health and gainfully employed. What I will have after I take a new wife , she will be entitled to most after I pass. She will be left comfortable.
