I just bought this etching, on the back is a sticker that reads;
Genuine Etching
By
Paul Emile Lacomte
Entitled
"Water Mill in France"
Paris Etching Society
Distributed by Turner
New York, Chicago, Los Angeles
On the front, top right corner is a copyright symbol followed by the Paris Etching society followed by n.k... and I'm not able to make out the rest.
Bottom left hand corner is the title in French.
Bottom right hand corner is the artist signature in pencil (at least that is what it looks like.
It looks as if it is in the original frame and matting.
I just want to know what exactly I have... can anyone help?
