I need you gender, weight and age. Plus the approximate number of beers consumed on each of the days mentioned. Do you know the cutoff for the test being used?

EtG isn't cumulative so the sequential drinking is interpreted as distinct drinking sessions each timed separately. EtG from Thurs was eliminating from first drink. That means that there isn't a single peak value for EtG but (if graphed) would show a peak > valley > peak from day to day.
Thurs and Fri are basically timed out (EtG eliminated) so the only concern is Saturday's consumption. Regardless of when you stopped on Saturday there is a time interval of 100+ hours. That should be more than enough time to eliminate the EtG created from the 10 drinks.
Checked your approx BAC = .071 (Sat) and your time to BAC=0 was about 4 hours*
I wouldn't expect any systemic EtG to be present resulting from the drinking you describe.
It is very helpful if you will take the time to report your results, once obtained.
*based on size, gender, age consumption across 5 hours and an EtOH elimination rate of .017 hour.
