I am attending an October 5th wedding in Charleston, SC. It is a day time wedding and I am not certain what to wear, the weather may be warm, but it will be October.. PLEASE HELP

Some weddings are very informal and some very formal. Best would be to ask others who know the bride and groom, and their families, what the expected attire is.
Either way, you can't go wrong wearing dress slacks and a nice shirt... and take a sweater or jacket in case it's chilly.
