Yes I was told I needed cubital tunnel surgery a year ago. 9 months ago told had type 2 separation of acioclavical and now have lump in back of neck 3 months. I can't afford surgery. When given estimate a year ago was told I had to have it or it would cause problems with shoulder and neck. Am I in danger and does this sound like a emergancy room thing. I have head aches everyday that make me vomit. Sometimes pale for 30 minutes to hour sweating.

What country are you in? Are there any university medical centers that provide free care, using medical students under supervision of experienced doctors?
I think it would be worth moving to such an area. Most countries have them.

(We can't possibly give you medical directions for something that will take a complete examination, which you have had.)

I live in the usa. I spent well over 8 thousand dollars just in visits shots and mri's and now I'm broke. I'm under age 50 and a male so medicaide will not accept me unless ssi claims me disabled and I have been batteling them for over a year. As for diagnosis I haven't had one in 9 months and if I go to the emergancy room they will reffer me to a specialist and that's 200 a visit plus x-rays and more 1000 dollar mri's. Meantime I get worse lost everything I own have no car nothing. So if you are indicating that I live in a messed up medical government... um YA DUH

And I live about 150 miles from a university medical or county program, I live in the middle of nowhere Texas.

Somehow you need to move! I don't know how, if you have nothing, and are living with family for free. Texas Medical Center in Houston is one of the best in the world, but Texas is also horrible when it comes to paying medical providers for patients on Medicaid. (Texas has no state income tax, for one thing; I think they tax oil producers and that's about it, except for sales tax.)
So if you are broke and even having a tough time getting Medicaid, I'd move out of state.
Sorry I'm not much help how you'd do that.
Write letters to doctors at TMC and maybe you will find a sympathetic one who will operate for free. Sometimes it's all about networking.

Actually it's better if a local doctor who knows you refers you. Ask, ask, ask. Don't go to ERs.
And Google 'texas university medical centers' - I see several. They are the ones who provide free care. Part of the huge TMC is university related. There's El Paso, Galveston, Dallas, Lubbock... start looking and networking.
