It could be just irregular cycles, which are not uncommon in the teen years. Since pregnancy is a possibility, you may want to see your doctor, for a test there. If you aren't pregnant, then they will likely look to see if another cause can be determined.
Are you using birth control? Some forms of birth control can also cause periods to be off. When did you last test for pregnancy? If it hasn't been recent, try again. Be sure to follow the directions carefully.

The more recent cramping may be a period about to start, so you could give it several more days. If no period, check with your doctor.
