I am not getting enough voltage to the coils to get a spark out of both. If I unplug one of the wires that goes to the bottom of the coil, I can get a weak spark out of the other coil but when both wires are attached I get no spark out of either. Would it be in the ignition switch? Everything else seems to be fine. Thanks

Hi,
I hate to say it, but this too little info. If you have an opposed twin, then it has only one armature and it could be the problem. Please provide numbers, machine model, engine model number, etc. Here to help.
Peace,
Clarke
