I am 56 years old. I made joint replacement operation 3 years ago on my right hip. What kind of excesses I allowed to do in order to loss 50 kg in one year or earlier?

If I am doing my KG to pounds ( US) that is about 100 lbs you want to lose, it will not happen in one year, that would not even be a safe goal. Maybe over a two year time frame,

You start by talking with your doctor, since was there problems with your hip replacement ?
I ask, since I have people with hip replacements artificial legs and more in my Karate programs and they have little restrictions at all. So since you ask, I will assume it is because of your higher weight on the hip that is the issue.

Often walking and some basically work out for fitness, and just getting active, from a dance class to a sport. But only with your doctors instructions.
Also a proper diet will be key to this.

I have a 75 year old in my Karate classes every week, she is about 1/2 way to making her black belt, She started coming because she was losing her balance and karate helps in balance.
And I am almost 60 and I teach 6 days a week. Age is a state of mind.

Yes, you are right, age is a state of mind, I agree. I mean it is difficult to loss weight for old women physiological point of view , that older people losing weight not so fast as it is going with younger ones.
