There isn't a Euro sign available in ASCII. However, there it is available in Unicode: 20AC. See: Unicode Character 'EURO SIGN' (U+20AC) (http://www.fileformat.info/info/unicode/char/20ac/index.htm)
EDIT - there are actually several different versions of extended ASCII that exist - and depending on the application 0128 may work. In Windows: hold down ALT and type 0128 on the numeric keypad to get €
