What and how does the law stand on a Women#Mother who gave up all rights on her Teenage Kids

Where they are located, how or why where rights taken away, And what was the language or terms of the rights being lost. The law stands with the family court.

Hi @Chuck. The Woman I am referring to has Two Teenage Children aged 15/16 and for around 3/4 years had them both living away from herself and her other Family she now have got with her new partner. They live with a living Nanny- The Teens doesn't know her current Address.
