You received probation instead of jail. You could now be ordered to serve the jail term. You could be charged with failing to appear on top of the original charge. You could be warned. You could be fined. You could be jailed.

It's the decision of the Judge - and no one but the Judge knows what it will be.

In the state of Florida,do you know the minimum/max jail time for a willing submission to the law?

There is no mininum time, normally you will be held till a probation hearing, this is normally never less than one week but can be up to 4 or 5 weeks.

As for as max time, they can send you to jail or prison for the entire sentence that was given at the first conviction.

Your choices, turn yourself in to the PO, go in and see them. Or wait till they come and get you and take you to jail. The PO is more willing to work with you normally more if you turn yourself in.
