I am 35w3d pregnant and I am having unusual sympyoms... just wondering what this could be. I'll start by saying that my baby may be breech and I am going for confirmation of this on Tuesday. Today I had my baby shower and was very distracted, with entertaining guests, etc. and didn't notice until after the commotion died down, that my baby wasn't moving as much as normal. It hurts when he moves, mainly in the top of my uterus. I am having pain in my upper right abdomen, and Its not because of his head, its just a constant nagging pain. I am also having trouble breathing, my hands and feet are swollen, and it is starting to worry me. I had to go to the bathroom and when I went to push to have a bowel movement it hurt so bad in my pelvis that I had to stop pushing. I have had a few contractions today (though not labor contractions I don't think, and very irregular). My water hasn't broken and I have not lost my mucus plug, but I know I am already dilated 1/2 cm and 40% effaced (I was told this around 30 weeks). When he kicks against my cervix it is almost unbearable, and I don't know what to think. My other 2 children were induced (one at 35 weeks-preeclampsia, one at 38 weeks-large baby) so I don't know what to really expect going into labor at home. Any help or insight would be appreciated :)

Go to the hospital hun. Its unusual. I suffered a still birth due to pre eclampsia and have been told by doctors that it can happen again in every pregnancy I have. Ive been too scared to try again yet but I think you should go check it out. Better safe than sorry xxx
