Your various posts have been merged, they appear to be a home work or school work assignment. We are not here to do your work for you, but can discuss each if you want to post what you think and why.

Please stop your spamming of the site with dozen plus questions with the same title. If you want to post, just keep adding all of these to the same question.

I am a HS student taking a college medical coding beginners class. I have answer all these questions myself. Please don't assume I'm asking you to do them for me because I am capable of doing my work. But because I have struggled in this class and my instructor is no help. I am wanted to see how to answer these questions and other ones along with it. I don't know whether I am dong them right or not!

You look up the code and see the title and description. Why are you having problems with that?

No actually I have done that. Most of the short answers you can obviously do that with, but longer questions are far more difficult than the one you answered. The one you answered I have already mastered.
