I replaced the motor coupler because it would not spin. It spins fine now burt it has a clocking cycling noise during agitation which was not there before. The light in kitchen and dining room flicker slightly too.

You did something that is causing a short to ground. I advise that you take it apart enough so you can see it. Did you have to force something together? Each time it is moving it's arcing, so look where the wire is routed leaving motor. You will ruin it quick if you do not fix it. Most likely it's rubbing against something, so you may need to soldier the wire where it was rubbing by cutting it, putting a length of heat shrink on it and soldiering the wires back together, then heating the heat shrink to seal it back up. It has to be waterproof. Any short on the motor capacitor will burn up motor immediately, so check it, as well. Make sure to re-route wires by tying them with zip ties used for this purpose. You cannot have wires hanging haphazard on any type of machine with moving parts which is why the manufacturers use wire zip ties to tie off the wires out of the way of moving parts.
