If you are taking an EtG test you should always be worried... even if you have had nothing to drink.

As to the amount consumed, clearance of EtG should be in the range of 30-41 hours.

If you will provide your gender, weight and approximate time across which the consumed the 3 oz, we can compare by alcohol per weight figures and maybe come a little closer.

CORRECTION: I misinterpreted your question as 3 glasses of wine. At 3 oz total consumption, there should be no chance of EtG being present. In total you consumed less than 1 standard drink (US) even with the 1 oz following day.
