Every time I have sex with my bofriend afterwards there's always a little cramping and blood clots what causes that?

Honestly if you are on a birth control that yo are tri-cycling or "skipping" your period that could be the reason. This is probably both scary and even uncomfortable its happened to myself. I would suggest making sure you get a period every 2-3 weeks if not, change birth controls which can be the issue. More importantly talk to your doctor or birth control provider.
