I really hope that some one can help me I have done every thing I could but still nothing I'm only 23 and I had why son 2 years ago and trying for another one but no luck?

Have you been trying since last year? Or has it been a shorter period than that? Most couples will become pregnant within a year of actively trying, but some will find that it naturally takes a bit longer.

If you have been actually trying on a regular basis for a year, you may want to consult your doctor about having some initial fertility tests done for both you and your partner.

As you are trying, you and your partner should make any changes in your lifestyles that you know would be healthy in regards to food and drink choices, smoking, exercise, etc..

What STD did you have, how long did you have it, how was it treated? This can sometimes be a cause for fertility problems.
