I've been off birth control for almost 2 years and never got pregnant or anything, but just last night I had spotting only when I would pee or wipe and I was bloated and my boobs hurt but I'm not due for my period for another week. Today I woke up with my nipples in pain. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex about 10 days after my period and then about 2 weeks before my next period is due... and then came the spotting and sore nipples. Can you help me figure out what this means?

Wait a few weeks and take a HPT... because you very well could be pregnant. It may just be too early to know...
