I am seeking debt settlement and came across Lawgistix on line. I emailed them and received a call back yesterday with someone telling me the amazing things they can do for me to help relieve me of my debt and get my credit back up to good standing. She sounded like all I needed to do was to set up an account pay them the amount of money necessary for the program I choose to include their membership fees and they will have the money put aside and work with that money to seek out creditors and settle with them. I asked them had they had any issues with clients and they said they only had 2 complaints with the BBB which is the BBB in Michigan where there customer service office is based.

I am concerned that I will make a bad choice since I have never really heard of them. Can anyone tell me what their experiences are and would you truly recommend them. I don't have a ton of debt but enough that I need to focus on try to get these accounts settled to bring up my score.

Looking for some advice.
