I had the mirena iud removed after having it in for a little over 5 years. I didn't bleed after the removal which I was really shocked as it was lost and they had a hard time finding it. It has been out for 15 days now and no period. I did however have a small amount of blood after having sex one time but it was such a small amount I am not sure what to think of it. While on mirena I never really had a period just a little spotting here and there. Before mirena my periods were always irregular and short. Me and my hubby are trying to conceive our 4th just really want to know what is going on. Btw 2 negative tests.

Sorry, I don't have an answer for you, but I'm going through the same thing. I had mine removed at end of May, trying to conceive number 5, and still no period. I've taken 4 pt and all negative. Just wondering, did you ever start your period?
