My mom keeps telling me I cannot leave home till I graduate high school even though I am about to turn 18 in 4 months ill be starting my senior year in 4 months too please help...

With parents permission you are allowed to move out from 16. Once you are 18 you are officially an adult and are allowed to move out, however she's only looking out for you.
It also varies depending on where you come from.

Not in the US. This person is in America and they cannot move out until they reach the age of majority, which is 18. Even at that age, if they are still in high school full time, most likely they will have to stay with their parents until the time of graduation.

OP appears to be in Virginia, U.S.A.
The age of majority in the U.S. with the exception of Alabama and Nebraska, is 18.
