With form I should submit with form 1040nr, form 8840 or 8833.

I am claiming "0" treaty exemption because of income limit crossed treaty limit.

Still I have to submit form 8840 or 8833 with 1040nr or I just submit form 1040nr alone.

Probably Form 1040NR by itself. .

Form 8833 is used to explain unusual treaty issues, and Form 8840 is used to extend the exemption of a F-1 or J-1 visa after the 5-year (for F-1) or 2-Year (for J-1) time limits expired by proving a "closer connection" to your home country.

Neither form seems needed in your case.
