Why am I do fat and ugly?

You are NOT ugly. No one on this earth is UGLY. Ugly is green slimy skin with red spots and a million eyes. I don't know how much 155 lbs is because I am English and weigh in kilograms but I am 100% sure that you are NOT FAT. Okay? People who feel like this often see things much greater on themselves then other people. For example, you may think that you have a sticky out stomach when you look in the mirror, but you actually don't. It's your brain playing tricks because you EXPECT to look fat and ugly when you look in the mirror, so you do, even though you don't. If you really are over weight (I'm sure your not) then seek out a doctor or a therapist to help you out.

Because you think you are. You have a bad self image, perhaps you are not using make up properly, perhaps you have a bad hair style, but mostly because someone has convinced you,

First high school is not real life,the standards you knew there are not real life, and soon people are not judged by their peers so much.

So what are you about 4' 5 or something to be very over weight at 155 lbs ?
