I have had gas, bloating, stomach distention especially on the right side, and I haven't been able to eat without getting bad gas and feeling nausea. I have a bulge below my right breast on my stomach that feels soft and tender. Palpating it does not produce any pain. These symptoms have lasted seven days with no relief despite trying ibuprofen, gas x, and imodium. I went to a Pharmacist to get some over the counter meds that might help and he said it could possibly be Appendicitis. I don't know if it is or not but it's getting worse. Any clue whether it could be Appendicitis or something as serious? I've tried Gas X, Ibuprofen, and Imodium without any results.

If palpitating it doesn't induce pain, then it's unlikely that it's your appendix. But we can't diagnose on the internet any more than your pharmacist can give you a diagnosis.
Only a doctor will know for sure, and that's really the only option you have. I can promise you that you won't find any answers on the internet. You'll only find guesses, and guesses won't help you at all.
See your doctor.

You could also have twisted intestines (from lifting improperly) or have a hernia. Either way you need to see your doctor and have yourself looked at. They both can be life threatening conditions.

It could also be a tumor. But that's just it. There are so many possibilities, and none of them can be confirmed over the internet.
