Hi !

I have trouble logging to the website with the pop-up
" The server's security certificate is not yet valid! "

I believe this cause by not having the proper " date & time " settings... but I still have problem of changing " date & time " because the pop-up will display

" You do not have the proper privilege level to change the system time "

This is my Personal Computer and logging as administrator. Sometimes, I can change the date & time, and many times cannot.

During the time when I can change the " date & time " , the " The server's security certificate is not yet valid! Problem is solved! but then it will repeat again and again when I use my PC.

Please. Help to fix this one.

Thank you guys!

If you're logged in as an admin, and cannot access the system time, then it sounds like a virus or malware. You can try opening it from a command prompt:

Start -> run -> cmd
In the black window type:

Runas /user:administrator timedate.cpl

Type in the admin password, and it should open. If that doesn't work you may need to change it in gpedit

Start -> run -> gpedit.msc

Under computer configuration expand Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> select User Rights Assignment. Make sure "Change the system time" and "Change the time zone" have the account you are using listed. Hope this helps.

Try changing the system time with the admin account or give admin privileges to your user account.
