Can I - a Canadian born national claim french citizenship through my father if he renounced his?
I'm not sure why, but my mother says he did. Also he became a Canadian citizen too. He has been deceased 15 years. I would like to know if I can claim dual citizenship by rule of blood (sui sanguinis)?
Any experts?
