I have what I think is a hemorrhoid. I sneezed it is bleeding now. I felt a gush from it when I did. Don't have insurance. Emergency? Should I go to emergency room?

You should go to your doctor or a urgent care facility, they are much cheaper than ER.
*** also depends on how much it is bleeding, have you applied pressure to stop bleeding?
