Since I bought it in the early '70s at a super-duper sale, our beautiful teak dining room table has been our main family table for meals, homework, board game playing, you name it. Someone seems to always be sitting at it for some reason.
Because of its being in constant use, the surface has suffered from spills and salt abrasions (my husband will someday turn into a pillar of salt) and faded water rings. Does anyone know how I can, all by myself, restore the surface's good looks, or is this a job for an expert? I haven't called anyone to find out and to get a price.
