I live in an apartment with three other people and we are all friends. I recently purchased a practice pad for drumming and my room mate keeps banging on my wall telling me to stop, even though he has committed previous transgressions in the extreme early hours of the morning and during the times that I play at he is not studying. It is also noteworthy that I do not practice before 11 O Clock in the morning after 9 O Clock at night following a verbal agreement with my room-mates. Is it within my right to play the pad or should I stop playing it altogether?

Either figure out how or when to play it so that it doesn't bother him, stop playing altogether, or find another home.

But what does this have to do with Irish noise regulations?
