I have really bad hemorrhoids, and I tried different creams. Is it okay to use hem clear during pregnancy? I am 6 months along and very health I just want to get rid of these hemorrhoids. Please help me out.

I found a couple options that might work for you:
- Avenoc Suppositories: Its natural. Used ingredients like witch hazel, horse chestnut, stone root, and cocoa butter.

- You can get Preparation H wipes and just use those when you go to the bathroom.
- There are ointments like Lidocaine, Anusol, and Neo Healar Ointment.
- Consider icing the area with an ice pack or insert small ice chips in the rectum immediately following a sitz bath.

The only down side is the suppositories and the avatrol product may not be suitable for use until you are done breastfeeding :(
