In 1984/85 went to Clover Store in Morrisville Pa I was in a hurry and trying on close and shoes and walked out with the wring shoes on. Drove myself to the courthouse on Saturday about 6pm it was closed, so the judge made it there and I told hum What happen and I went home.
The other incident was in 1988/88 in New Jersey I was accused if using my friends debit card without her permission. Paid it back and that was that. Are these able to be expunged?

Hello s:

It doesn't sound like you were charged OR convicted. So, there's NOTHING to expunge.

Yes, you stole a pair of shoes, you did not say you were arrested, and that you were charged, not sure what "talking to a judge on saturday" had to do with it at all. Maybe should have talked to your priest to get forgiveness. If you were not charged, and if you did not either pay a fine or get some sentence, you don't have a record.

On the stealing money from your friend, unless again you were charged, and unless it went ot court or you got a diversion program of some type, there is no record.

I'd paraphase, but you get my drift. :)
