IF you were to notice implantation bleeding, and most women do not, it is most often more spotting or very light bleeding, and usually just a day or two. It is possible that you are having an unusual period or perhaps even an early miscarriage. You may want to check with your doctor.
How long have you been trying to become pregnant? It can take several months, and sometimes longer, for many couples, so try not to get discouraged if it doesn't happen quickly for you. Do what you can as you are trying to be in the best health possible. Eat and drink healthy foods and drinks, take a prenatal vitamin with folic acid, make any lifestyle changes that you know would be healthy. Your husband should also make healthy lifestyle changes if necessary as well to help with sperm health.
