I am 12 and am 4' 11'' and 105 lbs. I want to be 80 lbs. and I want to be 80 lbs quick. I want to lose weight but my family thinks it's ridiculous. How do I lose weight without them knowing. I exercise for at least 2 hours 5 days a week! Help! I'm not that fat but I have a little bit of a belly and want to tone my arms and legs and abs!

80 lbs would be a very unhealthy weight for you, trying to get to that level at 12 can harm your bodies normal growth, and cause untold damage to your body.

105 is at the low size for someone your height even with a small frame, which means you are close to being under weight right now.

You don't need to loose weight you need to tone your muscles. Review your exercise program and do a little more ab work, I suggest some gymnasics with emphasis on uneven bars or parallel bars. You are really too young to be overdoing it as you are still growing. Get a trampoline
