My boyfriend was shaving and wasn't paying attention or something and he got a cut on his penis, I think there's two of them. It looks kind of like peeled of skin and he say it bothers him when he was a Bonner, so we haven't had sex in a while. The cuts are right under the head of the penis, so I was wondering if we had sex without a condom or at all if it would cause HIV or an STD or any other sexually transmitted disease?

I am not an expert XO however common sense tells me that if neither of you have a disease you have nothing to worry about except the pain he may experience.

Nothing is a certainty though although I do not know your personal experiences if one has a dormant condition, well...
