I broke up with a nutjob three years ago. I have a five year stay-away order because this guy can't control himself. He has a history of cyber-stalking, showing up at my work, sending letters, sending flowers, and spoof calling at all hours of the day/night. The police have been unable to get enough solid evidence to convict -- except for when he locked me in his garage and left a love letter at my apartment. I am now married and he is now attempting to sue me for "alienation of affection". How do I get this guy to permanently leave me alone? ( without hiring a hit man)

Can he sue, you, yes! Will it be thrown out, yes.

You can sue him for harassment.
