I have a Chevy 1999 suburban that failed smog test fault codes or P0452 and the service engine light is on... I live in California and would like to know what should I do?

You'll need to determine if the problem is the power source or the tank sensor itself. Do you have a quality digital volt meter and any sort of scan tool available?
