My Fan blade assembly was bent when I replaced my Fan motor!! Grainger has them for $55 dollars and the $92 dollar one looks like my origanal, does it matter and How do I factor in the pitch.I guess I need to find a counter person that knows about that? Whereas Grainger support is by phone.

Please Advise

Need a pitch gauge to read it and get it right - supply house might help at least get you the pitch info.

Yes it matters it was designed for that unit and xxxx amount of air movement

You can get away with others but you are playing around with pressures in the unit if you do that sort of stuff and it can go bad

When you swap motors next time try to leave the motor attached to the mount if possible then pull the blade. I know it can be tricky I have been where you are at.
