Can one evict a husband out of premarital property that he has not contributed to any payements, during divorce proceedings. He is living there for 1.5 years, while I live with my parents and pay 1900.00 a month for the mortgage/assessments.

But generally, once divorce proceedings are started, the issue of who gets to live in the marital home is covered by the divorce action. So if you expect to recover the home after the divorce is finalized because it was yours prior to the marriage, then you need to have him move out as part of the divorce action, not a separate action.
