I used to have Business (Gas station Business) with partner ship 50/50, the Lander for business loan put the leain on my house and my partner house in 2006, due to some partner ship issue and financial problem I filed Bankruptcy chapter 7 in 2008. Court sold my 50% share to my partner (I did not received any money). I have been discharged from bankruptcy but my house still has leain on it. I did included the house in bankruptcy. How can leain be removed from my house.
