I have limited need for the full Adobe Acrobat so are trying to avoid the expense of that dull product. But I do on occasion need top create a PDF from an Excel files so the external links are live in the PDF document.

Is there a 3rd party PDF creator that can do that and work with Excel 2010?

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. This can lead to confusion. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

You don't need one. Its built in. If you Select File, then Save and Send you can create a PDF right from Excel.

However, there are several free PDF writers out there. I recommend CutePDF.

I've been using PrimoPDF for years to print PD files from within any program.
