I'm currently on felony probation doing call in. It's my first time ever getting in trouble with the law. I just recently been charged with dui. And that was my first dui ever. I called my probation officer and he just told me to call him back on my next monthly call in and he will have a hearing date for me then. He said he will try to schedule the soonest hearing he can for me. Will I have to do any time or will a warrant be issued for me? I didn't ask about a warrant but he also didn't mentioned one?

It appears that the judge will decide about revocation of probation (doing time). If he expects you to call in next month, it doesn't appear that a warrant will be issued, but you never know.

This is my first time violating my probation and my first dui. Is there a great chance that I will have to serve time?

If you're found guilty of the DUI, no matter what that sentence is, you WILL do time for the violation... I'd get me a good attorney because you have MORE riding on a conviction than do others.
