Where did you get her from? Has she been to the vet's yet?

How is she during the day? Also, how old is she? Is she eating, drinking, urinating and defecating? How is her energy level?

Bottom line, we really can't offer a diagnosis online. It's impossible to do so. If you're concerned then it's best to take her to a vet.

I got her from a lady that rescues dogs, her mom died when she was 3days old had to be bottle feed. During the day she is very active we have aa big yard but she is a house dog, lady said she had been de wormed and not do for next shots until.two Weeks, she seems happy though and is very spoiled...

If she seems active, is eating well, going potty well, then this may not be a concern. I would still get her checked since it's worrying you, and since none of us can tell you with 100% accuracy that this isn't something to be concerned about. Better safe than sorry. :)

It could be that she has respiratory issues due to her hard start in life, or an infection of some sort, but again, that's not something we can diagnose online. Not even a vet could do that.

It could also be due to her breed, which you didn't mention. For instance, bull dogs will pant more during sleep because of the way they're built. Same with boxers, and other short snouted dogs.

Bottom line, if you're concerned, the vet is always your best bet. I would hate for you to take something someone said online to heart, and then lose your dog because we can't diagnose. I always take the safe route, and that's to see your vet.

But, in the meantime, I'd love to see pictures of this baby. :)
