If the pressure valving has not been washed out after use it will seize and the motor will notbe able to turn the pump.

The last one I worked on had a corroded pump body. The water inlet goes to the pump
And the motor connects to the other side of the pump. Disconnect the motor and see if it turns and then try to start it. Try to turn the pump. If the motor turns and the pump won't, you probably needs a pump.. Husky are lower priced units and may not be worth the repair.

Hi,
All fine observations and I thought I would just link to what you did not say. Husky Power Washers are owned by The Home Depot and "folded" into the Ridgid lin(It\think) and have their own website. It is at:
Husky Power Washer, Home Depot Pressure Washer | Pages (http://huskypowerwasher.com/)
