My elder brother died 3 years before .he left 3 and 2 years old sons . Now they are 6 and 4.her widow is living with us in a joint family house.my two brothers also live with us. One is married and one is unmaried.for younger brother we offered her proposal but she rejected.my mother is alive. My brothers widow wants to live with us but many people objection she should live with her mother and brothers.but she wants to live with us.my brothers also said she should go back and mary because she is very young.In islam can she stay with us.please replie this question.

She is certainly allowed to live with you.
She can live with whoever she wants. Where does SHE want to live?

There is nothing wrong with it.

It is believed that it is better for a widow to be with her side of the family. But sometimes that is not possible or desirable. And there is nothing in Islam to say that she cannot stay with you.

In fact, after doing some research for you just now, I find that many scholars actually insist that the rule is for a widow to remain in her husbands house until she gets remarried (if she does)
