My kids were put with their fathers uncle. I was served with child support. I never new that I was served so I never paid. Now I am in court with 7yrs of arrears. The father never got child support took out on him. Should I be ressponsible for paying child support and not him? Shouldn't he have to pay just like I do? Now my mom has legal custody of one of the kids and he lives with me,I support him, can I get child support from the father or does my mom have to since she has legal guardianship
