I too am looking for answers to if it's OK for a father to be sharing a room with his daughter on their weekend visits since my daughter currently lives with my sister-in-law and my daughter's room is very small! Also in the same house the youngest brother lives there too and his 2 daughters sleep over on the weekends in his room in separate beds... but isn't that against the law since siblings of the opposite sex are required to have their own bedrooms... how does it not apply to father's and daughters?

In these days of extended families and visitations there may be practical and financial reasons that preclude such privacy.

Why is YOUR daughter living with your sister-in-law and not with you or her father? And what are you looking to accomplish here? We frequently have questions from mothers bemoaning the fact that their children's father does not visit. So you have a father that wants to spend time with his daughter. Do you suspect something abnormal going on? If not, then I don't see a problem with this if the living quarters are tight.
