I just recently (Feb 18) Found out I have a Pulmenary Embolism. I've been on warfarin and lovenox for it. I am still on warfarin. I have been having this SHARP pain all the way throughout my left forearm to my shoulder blade. Is this a side affect of the meds? Or a side affect of the PE?

It is a side effect of the PE, your left side is your heart side. I would suggest a trip to the hospital if you are experiencing painful symptoms.
