I believe you are looking for the Auto-Ignition temperature:

Autoignition temperature - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Auto-ignition_temperature)

In this article it also lists the autoignition temperature of several chemicals.

I believe there are different grades of diesel and petrol and so you would have to specify them more clearly to get a clear answer on those.

Self ignition temperature of the petrol 415 degree centigrade
Self ignition temperature of the petrol 250 degree centigrade

Flash point and pour point is different from the self ingition temperature

Pour pont is the temperature at which first drop of liquid falls drops(when it is heated)
