My friends sister has got custody of her baby,but the sister has been loaning the baby off on their uncles ex-wife, & the ex-wife has the baby more than the sister with custody.The woman buys for the baby, and now states she is going to go to court to see if she can get the baby? Can the ex-wife take custody of the baby?

How did your "friends sister" get custody of your friends baby? Was this done though court, did the babies mothers ( ex-wife") give away her rights for an adoption?

But if the ex wife is the mother of the child, and has any legal rights she can of course try and get custody.
