Ok so I bought my house in 2007 in 2009 I had all the plumbing redone to copper because I had a problem with no cold water pressure. But that didn't help,I was told I needed a new hot water tank so I bought one,That didn't help with the cold water pressure. Now I'm needing help to figure this out as I asked many people already and they don't know what could be wrong.
And just to say I have great hot water pressure.
Please someone help me.
Thanks

Hi mystix and Welcome to The Plumbing Page. At AskMeHelpDesk.com. A few questions before we start. Pump or city water? Do you have a water filter or water softener installed? When the repipe job was finished and you still had no hot water what were you told? What excuse were you given?
Back to you, Tom

Tell us more about your house too. How many fixtures and is the hot good everywhere and the cold bad everywhere? Apparently the cold is good up to the point where it feeds your water heater, otherwise you'd have low hot VOLUME too. BTW is volume and not pressure that you have a issue with in this case.
